Mission

Assist and protect private American citizens in Senegal and Guinea-Bissau and facilitate travel to the U.S. 

Improve U.S. border security by identifying potential terrorists and others who are not eligible for visas, while welcoming legitimate travelers and immigrants who greatly contribute to America's social and economic well being.
