The Washington File is produced in both French and English, and distributed to the Mission officers and the major media outlets for use and placement. Electronic Journals provide in-depth analysis of policy-related issues of mutual interest. The electronic Journals are distributed to key media contacts, government officials and policy makers, based on the topic.
