U.S. Embassy Hosts Open House for Senegalese Alumni of Development and Exchange Programs

The U.S Embassy held a May 15 open house for Senegalese alumni of all professional, academic and exchange programs funded by the U.S. diplomatic mission in Dakar.  The event allowed alumni to become acquainted with the Department of State alumni website as well as the services of the Embassy’s Information Resource Center.  On May 18, alumni elected the interim leadership of a new Senegalese Alumni Association, which will serve to strengthen professional relationships and build on their shared experiences in the United States.
